Our Community

Our community is the core of the World Shibori Network Foundation, they are artisans, artists, conservators, designers, scholars, and professionals who share the same passion and mission to keep Shibori and all textile heritage craft and all fiber art thriving. Many have been with us since the beginning of the organization in 1992. They have worked with us throughout the years through collaborations, research, and exhibiting. We are honored to be among this group who individually paved their way contributing to the history, narrative, and textile arts and craft lineages and continue to move forward in the same direction as the organization globally.
