Donations
Your generous donations will help fund WSN’s culturally rich programs as well as scholarships to open doors to WSN programs.
Our mission at WSNF is to help preserve the traditional crafts of various cultures: hand-crafting skills and knowledge passed down through multiple generations and held today by an aging and shrinking artisan population worldwide. We aim to revitalize and revive artisan knowledge and skills by sparking interest in younger generations so they may reimagine this historical knowledge in a way relevant to their contemporary and future lives. We also work to develop connections for makers so that they may promote their craft and preserve their livelihood.
We accomplish this work through artist and artisan-led lectures and workshops, community forums, and educational tours that are culturally immersive.
Furthermore, we hope that our programs spark awareness of racial and cultural diversities in communities and broaden understanding among people of all colors, ages, genders, religions, and ethnic traditions.
Your support enables us to accomplish our mission and work.
